Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the daily management of the kindergarten, establishing and improving various rules and regulations.

2.Fully responsible for the development planning of the kindergarten and the management of personnel, finance, and resources. Achieve assigned tasks and financial targets from superiors.

3.Formulate development goals, plans, and work schedules for the kindergarten, and organize implementation and assessment.

4.Guide educational and teaching activities, educational research, and training work of the kindergarten.

5.Strengthen connections with the community, establish an educational community for scientific parenting.

6.Achieve enrollment targets, create enrollment plans, utilize resources, and effectively conduct marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

1.Familiar with relevant national and Taiyuan municipal early childhood education policies; prior experience as a principal is preferred.

2.Over 3 years of managerial experience in medium to large-scale kindergartens (with over 300 students).

3.Possesses basic financial knowledge and cost control capabilities.

4.Demonstrates outstanding team-building and leadership skills.
